BY 2010 - Introduction to Aquaculture An introduction to the science of aquaculture. The course reviews the history of the science and examines both warm and cold water species. Different rearing systems are studied for the various species. Production, nutrition, diseases, and marketing are also examined.
Prerequisite(s): high school biology and chemistry required, Introductory College Biology and Chemistry preferred.
