Minor
A minor allows students the opportunity to develop their understanding of other disciplines, thus enhancing their credentials for prospective employers or graduate admissions officers. A minor is typically 15 credits and replaces all, or part, of your general elective requirement. The minor must be arranged in advance with the permission of the department chairperson.
A student may minor in nearly any department and should discuss their interest with the department chairperson. A list of established and interdisciplinary minors are available below.
