It is strongly recommended that college level courses in chemistry, biology and mathematics be completed before enrolling in the Environmental Studies Certificate program.

Certificate Requirements (18 cr.)

AE 2004 - Soils 3 credits
AE 3125 - Principles of Ecology 3 credits
AE 3140 - Environmental Impacts 3 credits
AE 3220 - Watershed Management 3 credits
AE 4015 - Regional Land Use Planning 3 credits

Plus one of the following courses:

AE 3107 - Environmental Geology 3 credits
AE 4025 - Climatology 3 credits
AE 4016 - Hydrogeology 3 credits
