CH 3001 - Introductory Biomedical Instrumental Methods A survey is given, in both theory and practice, of various types of instrumentation used in the biomedical and pharmaceutical research fields. Laboratory work includes experience with spectroscopic, chromatographic, colorimetric, radiochemical, and radiographic equipment.
Prerequisite(s): CH 1103 - General Chemistry I , CH 1103L - General Chemistry I Laboratory , CH 1203 - General Chemistry II , CH 1203L - General Chemistry II Laboratory . CH 2120 - Organic Chemistry I , CH 2120L - Organic Chemistry I Laboratory , CH 2203 - Biochemistry , CH 2203L - Biochemistry Laboratory are also desirable.
