SA 2001 - People and Animals


This course investigates the relationship between people and other animals through history.  Main topics include domestication, religion, culture, symbolism, agriculture, research, wildlife, pets and service animals.  The Human-Animal Bond and role of animals in human health will also be discussed, as well as the effects of humans on animals.
