ES 2052 - Rider Performance This course is an interactive study of optimizing equestrians’ performance in the saddle by enhancing the individual’s fitness, nutrition and mindset. Students will explore a variety of cross training methods, nutritional plans, and sports psychology. Students are required to participate in two fitness tests: one at the start of the semester and one at the end. Lecture periods will include formal lectures, guest speakers, and physical activities. Lecture course with physical activities required during each class and outside of class. -2 credits
