MP 1102 - College Algebra

This course provides a detailed treatment of basic algebra, stressing solution of equations and problem-solving techniques. Emphasis throughout is on practical applications and manipulative skills. Prerequisite: Successful completion of MP 0010 Basic Mathematics or satisfactory performance on appropriate diagnostic exams administered to entering students. 3 hours Lecture and Discussion
