BA 3034 - Real Estate Fundamentals

This course is designed to enhance the supervision and management skills and competencies of the participant. The course provides the individual with knowledge, models, skills, and understandings needed for effective supervision and management of the work environment and workforce. The supervisor’s role in the organization’s operation is the courses focus.
