EN 3082 - Poetry Writing Workshop

This course is a 3000-level workshop that will provide students an opportunity to explore how elements of composition like metaphor, rhythm, and linguistic construct have shaped modern poetry. Poetry writing is an invaluable skill for aspiring writers as it forces attention to both the tools of English (literary devices) and the structure (meter, rhythm, rhyme.)
