LAES 3107 - Environmental Geology This course is designed to acquaint the students with basic processes and relationships in physical geology. Landscape evolution, rock and mineral types, mountain building, and glaciation are among the topics discussed. Laboratory work centers on recognition and interpretation of landscape features shown on topographic maps and aerial photographs. Field trips are conducted to illustrate material.
