ES 2050 - Horsemanship II This course is for the advanced beginner who knows how to walk and trot and has been introduced to the canter. The emphasis will continue to be on safety and control as in Horsemanship I, with more practice as a group in walk and trot and continued individual work in the canter. Riders will also work on establishing a secure two-point position on the flat in the walk, trot and canter as well as over poles. Small group cantering (2-3 riders) will be introduced as well as small jumps in the form of grids by the end of the semester.
