AS 2219 - Horse Breeding Management A course designed to acquaint the student with the operation of a horse breeding farm. Teasing, breeding, foaling, mare and stallion care, and foal care are emphasized. Students manage the College’s breeding facility. Requires participation outside of scheduled class hours.
Prerequisite(s): AS 1101 - Stable Management .
2 hours Lecture and 3 hours Laboratory 3 credits
