AS 2220 - Livestock Handling Livestock Handling and Restraint is designed to provide students with experience-based lessons on the handling and restraint of livestock species. The course will be offered in a lecture and lab format - lecture providing the necessary information on a given species, with the students putting those lessons into practice in the following lab. Students will have the opportunity to work with beef and dairy cattle, horses, sheep, and swine and gain familiarity with all of the tools and equipment needed for the day-to-day care of those species.
