As healthcare evolves, many organizations are changing their focus beyond individual patient care and moving toward managing the health of populations. This course introduces concepts of population health and leadership which may be applied to challenges faced within healthcare systems. Prominence is placed on methodologies used by project managers to sustain population health teams through organizational changes.
