GB 6347 - Crisis Communications

Organizations have to communicate effectively before, during and after events that threaten their future success. Product safety recalls, natural disasters, allegations of fraud, and large-scale layoffs all require a coordinated communication plan to internal and external stakeholders as well as the media. In this course, students study past crisis situations and put the lessons learned from them into practice.
