CJ 2225 - Juvenile Delinquency This course examines juvenile delinquency, treatment of delinquency, theories of delinquency, the nature of delinquency and youth gangs. We will examine the nature and extent of juvenile delinquency, in particular with its relationship to family, peers and school. This is a required course for criminal justice majors and is paired with another required course, Juvenile Justice; both courses share the same two textbooks. The order in which the courses are taken is irrelevant.
