GB 6244 - Strategic Procurement

Successful supply chain management relies on developing strong relationships with suppliers. This course focuses on the procurement of materials to ensure an uninterrupted flow of goods. Topics will include developing a sourcing plan; setting raw material standards; researching vendors; negotiating; and maintaining profitable relationships with suppliers. Special focus will be placed on sustainability in sourcing.
