AS 4029 - Poultry Science This course is a broad study covering the breeds and varieties of poultry used commercially for meat and eggs. It includes the production methods, management practices, marketing procedures, processing systems and techniques commonly current in the poultry industry. Requires participation outside of scheduled class hours.
