CH 2203L - Biochemistry Laboratory

Common techniques used for the separation, purification, identification, and analysis of biochemical compounds are introduced. Various types of chromatography, electrophoresis and spectroscopy are studied.

Prerequisite(s): CH 2120 - Organic Chemistry I  and CH 2120L - Organic Chemistry I Laboratory  or CH 2003 - Principles of Organic Chemistry  and CH 2003L - Principles of Organic Chemistry Laboratory .

Note: This course is to be taken concurrently with or having successfully completed the Biochemistry lecture.
